This policy is applicable to all Pepperfry customers who in a very unlikely circumstance feel the need to return an item. In this case, let us start by saying "Sorry" and assuring you that you need not worry at all!
We take all possible measures to ensure that the return process is easy and hassle free for you. Given below are the terms and conditions:

1. For all items, we accept returns up to 30 days from the date of Invoice. Exceptions are as given below:
   • For Precious Jewellery, we offer 365 days buy back policy. The Buy-back value is mentioned with each item. In case a discount has been applied at the time of buying, the Buy-back value is reduced by the amount equal to the discount. You will need to insure and ship the Jewellery item, along with the certificate issued while buying the item and the original Invoice to us so that we get the item safely.
   • Items such as inner wear, swim wear, edibles, fitness weights, cosmetics, etc. cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
   • Furniture, Loose diamonds and Gemstones and other items that are Made to Order.
   • Please ensure that seals are intact for all items.
   • Item should not be used at all and the original invoice, tags etc. should be preserved.
2. All of the above applies to international orders as well (for buyers from outside India).

1. We offer reimbursement for return shipping cost:
   1. Domestic:
      • Precious Jewellery: Rs.300
      • Everything Else: Rs.150
   2. International:
      • Precious Jewellery: Rs.750
      • Everything else: Rs.500

2. You receive in an email from us:
   1. A shipping declaration that you need to print
   2. An address label that you can print and stick to the packed item
3. Preserve original packing and the item in its sealed form with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers and original Invoice. Securely pack the unused item back.
4. Through a return email please send in your bank details for reimbursement of the Shipping charges.
5. Courier the securely packed item with the return address label and the shipping declaration. Click here to Download the Declaration Form
6. Please use reliable courier service that offers tracking of the shipment, as the refund can be processed only once the item is received in as is condition.
7. Upon receipt, the items will be checked for quality at our fulfillment centers. Precious Jewellery is recertified for purity and weight by third party agencies.
8. Refund is approved or rejected basis quality checks. Customer Support team will intimate you on the status.
9. Approved refund is processed in form of Pepperfry Discount coupons with a validity of 15 days. The coupon will be emailed to your registered account as soon as the claim is processed.
10. In case of rejected refund claims, the item will be shipped back to the customer.
